The right of withdrawal
Deugniet en Co naturally hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase! Unfortunately, it may happen that you want to (partially) return the order.
You have 14 days to report the product to Deugniet en Co for return, calculated from the date on which you received the order. The return shipment must then be returned within 14 days.

We strive to answer your email within 1-3 working days.
Pack the item in the original packaging or in a sturdy cardboard box. Make sure the packaging is closed properly.
The costs for returning are for your own account. After the confirmation has been received, the unused items can be shipped. You will receive a return label from us by email.
Deugniet en Co will refuse the return shipment if it appears that the products are damaged or incomplete.
If we have received the item, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days. (Note that refunds via credit card can take 14 days)
Exceptions to returns: The following items cannot be returned: 1.It is not possible to return items that are specially made to measure. Such as name cushions, chairs with name, bedspread sets with name. 2. Returning wallpaper is not allowed. (due to color difference) 3. Returning wall stickers 4. Dollhouses that are offered as a building set (such as garden, naturel, flowers, green, swan etc) cannot be returned if they are removed from the packaging have been removed / assembled.
If the item you ordered is not satisfactory, you can always exchange it within 14 days of receipt (if available).
The shipping costs are for the account of the customer. The application must always be submitted in advance by e-mail [email protected] to be made known.
As soon as your request has been confirmed by us, you can return the items to us.
Note: The items must be unused.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns that do not comply with the above will not be processed.
If the shipment has been delivered to you damaged, please report this to customer service as soon as possible within 24 hours via [email protected] please provide photo.
Again, the time and date of your email applies for acceptance. For every exchange or return shipment, the shipping costs are for the sender. A return package remains the responsibility of you as a sender until receipt.

Always clearly state your name and order number if you wish to return an item. Do you email us? Then we can send you one return label by email.
