1. Are all items in stock?

Most items are in stock. The delivery time is always stated per product in the product information. If the delivery time is 1-3 working days, this product is in stock. If an article has a longer delivery time, this is always stated with the article itself.

2. I would like to order a sold out item

Would you like to be kept informed when an item is back in stock and can therefore be ordered? Register per article and receive an email as soon as the article is back in stock. 

3. Can I reserve a sold out item?

No, reservation is not possible. We can keep you informed by email. Click on the ' Notify me ' button which can be seen with the sold out item . You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

4. Do you also have a store where I can also pick up or view the products?

Nee, Deugniet en Co is not a stone store. Just an online store.

5. Why do I have to pay shipping costs again if I have not entered my address correctly and the package has been returned?

It occasionally happens that someone has not entered their address correctly and that the package is returned to us. We will then contact you for the correct address and ask you again to pay for shipping costs. This is because we again have to incur costs towards the carrier.

6. Can my order be delivered to my neighbors?

Deugniet en Co sends every package insured. For insured packages, a signature of the home address is required. PostNL will therefore not offer your package to neighbours. Do you know in advance that you are not at home? We advise you to hang up a note for the postman with a drop request.

7. I called you over the weekend but I can't get anyone on the line.

We are happy to help you on working days. It can sometimes happen that we are not able to speak to you due to crowds. We ask you to send an email to info@deugnietenco.nl We usually respond within 1-2 business days. (holiday periods not included)

8. Do you ship worldwide?

Almost yes, we do not ship to the following countries. England, Scotland and Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not make any exceptions for this.

9. Can I return my item?

Yes, you have the item on sight for 14 days, after which you have 14 days to return the item. If you want to return an item, send us an email. Make sure the item is in perfect condition, in the original packaging. Undamaged and odorless. We will then send you a return label. The return shipping costs are for the buyer. 

There are exceptions to returns. Wallpaper, wall stickers and personalized items cannot be returned.

10. When will I receive my purchase amount back after I have returned the item?

If we have received your return in its original condition, we will refund the purchase amount within a few working days. This can take longer with credit card payments. (maximum 2 weeks)

11. My purchase was delivered damaged/wrong/incomplete

We are of course very sorry if you are not satisfied with a product supplied by us. We ask you to send a clear photo / photos to info@deugnietenco.nl Mention your order number and your full name plus telephone number. We try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible! Please note: if you have placed an order with various items with different delivery times, it is possible that your order will be sent to you in several parts. We ask you to respect the indicated delivery time and to wait patiently until your complete order has been delivered.

12. I would like to order wallpaper but it says that this can be ordered per m2. How do I calculate what to order?

We offer wallpaper per roll, per strip and also per m2. Wallpaper that you order per m2 will be made especially for you. So real customization! We have a calculation tool ready for you which can be seen with every wallpaper that you can order per m2. Simply enter the height and width here and the tool will tell you how much 2m you need. You order this number.

13. I have received my order incomplete, what now?
If you receive your order incomplete (note: first check the delivery times of the items, these may differ per item) then you must notify us within 7 working days. If this happens outside this period, we unfortunately cannot handle your complaint.
14. My question is not listed.
