Mailbox package costs: € 3,95 (Netherlands)

Package costs: € 5,95 (Netherlands) (For larger packages, the shipping amount may be higher)

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-4 business days. If these have a different delivery time, this is always stated with the product itself.

If a package returns to us due to an incomplete or incorrectly specified address, we can of course send the order to you again. We do ask you to transfer the re-made shipping costs to us, since the postal service calculates this for us. If your package is returned to us due to not being picked up at a pick-up location, the same applies, we will then calculate the shipping costs to be incurred again. We always send tracking information with which you can track your order. The customer to keep an eye on/follow his/her package. Please note: PostNL no longer issues notes in the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. So keep an eye on your email. (check the spam email if necessary)

Received incomplete order: If you receive your order incomplete (note: first check the delivery times of the items, these may differ per item) then you must notify us within 7 working days. If this happens outside this period, we unfortunately cannot handle your complaint.
