   • Delays that occur during transport or due to actions of the logistics partner are beyond the control of Deugniet en Co.

   • Deugniet en Co is not responsible or liable for delays, failed deliveries or other incidents caused by external logistics partners.
   • Any claims regarding delays should be submitted directly to the logistics partner concerned.
4. Contact and Support
   • In the event of delays or other delivery problems, Deugniet en Co will make reasonable efforts to support the customer in communicating with the logistics partner.
   • Deugniet en Co cannot guarantee that complaints or requests to the logistics partner will lead to a solution.
