Return Policy

We would like to inform you about our returns and customer service policy.

Returns

  • Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • Returns outside the 14-day period are unfortunately not possible. No exceptions are made.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Furniture shipped directly from Poland must be returned by the customer. The customer is responsible for arranging a carrier and for the return shipping costs.
  • Furniture that has been removed from the packaging and/or assembled cannot be returned.
  • Items that cannot be returned:
    • Wallpaper
    • Wall stickers
    • Personalized items

Processing returns

  • Returns can only be processed if they are shipped Monday through Thursday.
  • Want to return an item? Send us an email at info@deugnietenco.nl , including your order number. We will send you a return label by email.

Incorrect, damaged or defective item

  • If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, you must report this to us within 7 working days of receipt.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot process notifications outside this period.
  • We request that you remove the item from the packaging immediately upon receipt and check it carefully in order to identify any packaging or production errors in a timely manner.

Please contact us at info@deugnietenco.nl with a clear description of the problem. Add photos of the item and packaging.

Customer Service Policy

We reserve the right to refuse and/or block customers if necessary, for example in the event of repeated inappropriate behavior or misuse of our services.
