Shipping Information and Delivery Times
Letterbox package costs: € 3.95 (Netherlands)
Parcel costs: €5.95 (Netherlands)
Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. If these have a different delivery time, this is always stated with the product itself.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrectly specified address, we can of course send the order to you again. We do ask you to transfer the new shipping costs to us, as this is what the postal service charges us. If your package is returned to us due to not being picked up at a pick-up location, the same applies, we will then charge you the new shipping costs. We always send tracking information with which you can track your order. The customer must keep an eye on/track his/her package themselves.
Please note: PostNL no longer provides notes for unsuccessful delivery attempts. So keep a close eye on your email. (check your spam email if necessary)
Please note: We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs fees that may be charged. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Received an incomplete order: If you receive your order incomplete (please check the delivery times of the items first, these can differ per item) then you must report this to us within 7 working days. If this happens outside this period then we unfortunately cannot process your complaint.
